Marcegaglia expands its carbon steel sheets range
Experience and continue Research & Development brought Marcegaglia Plates to produce some new steel grades of the so called Tool Steels.
According to EN 4957 standard tool steels are special Hot Rolled steels suitable for forming, processing parts which shall be subject high hardness, wear resistance and/ or high toughness.
C45U (1.1730 EN 10027)
non-alloy steels for cold working tools.
21MnCr5 (1.2162 EN 10027)
