The widest range of carbon steel welded tubes for the Central and Eastern European markets

Marcegaglia’s Kluczbork plant produces the widest and most diversified range of carbon steel welded tubes for the Central and Eastern European markets.

With 6 tube rolling mills processing hot-rolled, cold-rolled, pickled and galvanized carbon steel and the large warehouse area, the plant is able to guarantee the production of tubes with different profiles and dimensions to satisfy all industrial sectors with precision products.

The range includes carbon steel welded tubes with thicknesses ranging from 0.8 to 8 mm and different sharps. The round profile tubes can have a diameter from 12 to 168.3 mm depending on the customer’s request. Square profile tubes have different external dimensions with parameters from a minimum of 10×10 to a maximum of 125×125, while rectangular profile tubes can have a minimum size of 15×10 up to a maximum of 160×100 or 180×80.

The entire range is subject to quality controls throughout the production process to ensure compliance with main manufacturing standards, in the different steel grades, for each field of application: EN 10305-3, EN 10305-5, EN 10219, EN 10217-1 and EN 10217-2.
