Marcegaglia Poland donates 120,000 złotys to three hospitals in the Opole Voivodeship

In the context of the coronavirus emergency that is affecting Poland and the whole world, Marcegaglia Poland has decided to donate a total of 120,000 złotys to three hospitals in the Opole Voivodeship.

Specifically, Marcegaglia Poland has allocated:

• 20,000 złotys for the hospital in Kluczbork;
• 20,000 złotys for the hospital in Olesno;
• 80,000 złotys for the hospital in Opole.

The resources will be used to purchase medical equipment, starting with masks and other protective clothing essential for medical staff.

With these donations, Marcegaglia Poland confirms its active presence in the cities and region where it operates.

The activity of Marcegaglia Poland is in line with the group’s culture: Marcegaglia is an integral part of the communities where it is present and people are the centre of the corporate values. Globally, Marcegaglia group has financed the purchase of 10 emergency therapy beds and two radiology equipment, while Marcegaglia Foundation continues to make its contribution through fundraising.
